There are four categories of membership :
1) Life membership
2) Ordinary membership
3) Junior membership
4) Breed Chapter membership
(only available to full paid-up members of MKA)
Benefits of becoming MKA Member :
1) Right to vote on changes and policies of MKA
2)Eligible for election to the MKA Board of Directors, Branch or Chapter offices
3) Free newletter “Berita Anjing”
4) Access to library, archives and other resources.
5) Participation inseminars, trainings, talks and other educational programs
6) Preferred fees for all MKA activities.
*Only Ordinary and Life members are eligible to vote.
MKA Membership Rates
Ordinary membership
-Entrance Fees RM 100.00
-Annual Subscription RM 80.00
-Life Membership (incl. Of Entrance Fees) RM1,500.00
Junior membership
-Entrance Fees RM 75.00
-Annual Sucscription RM 80.00
-Breed Chapter Membership
-German Shepherd Dog Chapter RM 25.00
-Boxer and Rottweiler Chapter RM 25.00
To be eligible for Junior membership, the minimum age is 10
years old and the maximum is 18 years old.
In the case of Junior membership, the Proposer and the Seconder will deem to certify the age of the applicant.
Our financial year ends 31st August each year and members
joining after 28th February are only liable for payment of half year Annual
Subscription for that year, I.e. RM40.00
